What can I expect from your resume editing process? How does it work?
Once you place an order, you will immediately receive a purchase confirmation email with a summary of the order details. In that message you will be instructed to reply to that email with your resume in either Microsoft Word (.docx) or Apple Pages (.pages) format as an attachment.
ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR CORRECT RESUME FILE, YOUR PURCHASED DELIVERY TIMEFRAME WILL BEGIN. Your edited resume, along with a free Interview Guide will be sent to you via email within your purchased turnaround time.
What file types do you accept for the resume editing process?
We accept resume files in either Microsoft Word (.docx) or Apple Pages (.pages) format. We recommend these formats because they are the most commonly used and supported file types.
This makes it easy to share and edit your resume, and ensures that it will be compatible with most systems. We're happy to work with you to convert your resume to one of these formats if necessary.
How long does the resume editing process take?
The turnaround time for our resume editing service varies depending on the package you select.
We offer a Basic 3-day service and a Priority 1-day service. We understand that some job opportunities have tight deadlines, so we've designed our services to accommodate a range of timelines.

Our resume editing service comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, no questions asked. Should you come across an error or mistake on your final resume, notify us within 5 business days and we will have all errors fixed within 1 business day.

What if I need more than one resume edited?
Our purchase options allow you to have multiple resumes edited at once, all within a single transaction. Simply indicate how many you'd like to have edited at checkout by selecting the 'quantity' and then send us the corresponding number of resumes in the correct format.
We'll ensure each resume is edited within the purchase turnaround time (i.e. if you have 3 resumes that need editing and you select a 2-day turnaround, both resumes will be returned within the 2-day turnaround).

What will this service cost me?

Our Basic package offers a three-day turnaround time for a flat fee of $79.00, while our Priority package offers a one-day turnaround time for a flat fee of $109.00.
We want to make sure you have the flexibility to choose the right option for your needs, so we've designed our pricing structure to be as straightforward and transparent as possible.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

We aim to deliver the edited resume within the agreed-upon timeframe. If we fail to provide the edited resume within the agreed purchased turnaround time (i.e. Basic 3 Days or Priority 1 Day), customers are entitled to a full refund. The timer for the purchased turnaround time will commence as soon as our team receives your resume via email in the correct file type.
We also strive to provide accurate and error-free resume editing services. In the event that we return the edited resume with a typographical error or other mistake, customers are able to request a free edit within five (5) business days of receiving the edited resume.
